    Admin Assistant

    Minimum requirements:

    • Matric
    • Preference will be given to an administrative qualification or certificate
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional personal presentation
    • Customer service orientation
    • Information management
    • Organising and planning
    • Attention to detail
    • Initiative
    • Reliability
    • Applicant must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
    • The candidate must be fully computer-literate (Microsoft Office suite) and have excellent administration and organisational skills
    • Own reliable transport is an advantage

    Daily duties will include but not be limited to the following:

    • General office and administration duties
    • General typing and updating of information, opening of new customer files, coordinate lead sheets
    • Diary and time management
    • Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate
    • General typing and updating of client information and documentation
    • Attend to any catering/beverage requirements for department functions and meetings
    • Act as communication medium between external and internal stakeholders
    • Compile minutes when necessary

    Legal Advisor for our Labour Team (Pretoria)

    Minimum requirements:

    • Relevant legal Qualification (LLB)
    • Admittance will be an advantage
    • Experience in the field of Law and Labour Law will be beneficial
    • Applicant must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
    • Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
    • The candidate must be able to work under pressure
    • Strong of character
    • Self-reliance with a high level of accountability
    • Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality

    Your duties as a Legal Advisor will include, but not be limited to the following:

    • Administrative assistance and attendance to our Labour “Help-line”
    • General administration functions within a legal environment (including drafting of charge sheets; employment contracts; policies and procedures, etc.)
    • Legal advice to clients on applicable labour legislation, remotely and on-site
    • Research, review and bench-marking of contracts, policies and relevant legislation
    • Assistance with unions and negotiations
    • Representation at CCMA (Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration) and for the relevant bargaining councils the DRC (Dispute Resolution Centre)
    • Chairing of disciplinary hearings
    • Market related salary depending on experience and qualification

    Training Facilitator for our Training Team

    Minimum requirements:

    • Grade 12 certificate.
    • Qualifications in the ETD field will be beneficial.
    • Computer-literacy
    • Registered Facilitator
    • Ability to use a variety of facilitation methods to cater for different types of learning styles on different levels of education.
    • Valid drivers’ license, own transport and willingness to travel long distances.
    • Experience in OHS legislation training will be beneficial.
    • Applicant must be fluent in English and Afrikaans

    Your duties as a Training Facilitator will include, but not be limited to the following:

    • Planning and facilitation of all training programmes to farm workers (on-site) including basic training and mandatory training which includes OHS legislation training.
    • Ensure that appropriate resources are available for training, e.g. venue, equipment, course material, etc.
    • Recording and monitoring attendance, of learners.
    • Report to Training manager.
    • Combine feedback report for the management on completed training.
    • Facilitator must be able to adapt to all learners on different levels of education.
    • Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the employer.
