    Operations Controller - JHB

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience
    • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the cleaning, hygiene
    • General administration and secretarial duties
    • Computer Literate (MS Office Suite) Word, Excel and Power point,
    • Strong Communication Skills - Written, Email, Telephone etiquette, and presentation.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Able to work under pressure.
    • Deadline driven.
    • Be able to multi-task.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for multiple Customer sites
    • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within customer companies through regular site visits on a set call cycle and pro-actively resolve customer complaints
    • Daily delivery of the Operations Strategy –“Exceptional Customer Service Experience” through intelligent management of resources and optimal processes and systems
    • Conducting Monthly KPD surveys to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services.
    • Negotiating and implementing Annual Price Increases as per the SLA and Sectorial Determination
    • Identify and conclude upsell opportunities within the customer portfolio
    • Responsible for retention of customer portfolio within set KPIs
    • Letting customers know about other services the company offers.
    • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Regional Manager
    • Working closely with the onboarding and off-boarding teams with new and lost business within allocated portfolio

    • Matric / Grade 12 and own vehicle with a valid driver’s license
    • At least 5 years sales management experience in  hygiene , Pest Control & Interior Plants  industry.
    • Proven track record of sales success in the hygiene & Pest Control industry or a related field
    • A high achiever in a target driven environment, who will be able to bring in margins within specific budgets.
    • Must have good planning and organising skills 
    • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in performance management
    • Ability to speak and listen effectively
    • Ability to interpret customer needs
    • Must be self starter and team player
    • Fully computer literate
    • Ability to work under pressure and independently
    • Committed and willing to make occasional personal sacrifices to meet deadlines

    Shift Supervisor - Sasolburg

    Minimum Requirements

    • Passed Matric (Grade 12)
    • Valid Grade B PSIRA certificate or above
    • Valid drivers licence
    • Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written
    •  Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
    • 2 years supervisory minimum experience
    • Team player who works well under pressure
    • Computer Literate (Outlook, Word & Excel preferable)
    • Supervisor certificate 
    • Business purpose firearm competency for either Handgun, Shotgun or Riffle
    • No criminal record
    • Must reside in Sasolburg or surrounding areas

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • To act as line supervisor of all Security Officers deployed on site.
    • Implement measures to increase the health and safety of Security Officers deployed on site
    • Liaising with the Control room staff to ensure correct postings and reporting of discrepancies in the absence of the Site Manager.
    • Ensure that the site is adequately covered in accordance with contractual obligations
    • Control and management of posting at the beginning and end of each shift
    • Compiling of regular reports and communication pertaining to any activities on sites, training, etc.
    • Incident management, crime scene preservation, taking of statements, collection of evidence such as CCTV footage, liaison with Security officers & Police investigation and report writing
    • Liaising and attending regular (weekly/monthly) meetings with the Site Manager to discuss site operations issues.
    • Full and proper report writing for any incidents which may take place on site.
    • Attend to and resolve grievances and disciplinary issues
    • Conduct weekly equipment inspection report.
    • Conduct site training (SPM) when posting a new Security Officers on site
    • Providing support to the Site manager

    Tactical Response Officer

    Minimum Requirements

    • Valid Grade C PSIRA certificate or above
    • Valid drivers licence
    • Firearm competency for business purpose (Handgun, Shotgun and Riffle)
    • Regulation 21 business purpose (Handgun, Shotgun and Riffle)
    • Defensive driving (Advantageous)
    • Underground mining experience 
    • Armed response service experience
    • Escorting experience
    • Must pass a pre-employment polygraph test
    • Good written and spoken communication skills (English)
