    Greenhouse Specialist

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Diploma/Degree in ornamental Horticulture 
    • Minimum of at least 3 years Experience in Cultivation/Propagation
    • Detailed understanding of Irrigation and Greenhouse systems
    • Must be well groomed and be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner
    • Must have a good track record and no criminal record
    • Deadline driven
    • Must have a passion for the industry
    • Valid un-endorsed South African driver’s license
    • Fully computer literate

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Cultivation – Soil Preparation, planting , watering , fertilsiing, pest control for planned seeds/seedling

    • Sustainable Practices

    Junior Buyer-JHB

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum: Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Advantageous: CIPS Level 3 or equivalent procurement qualification.
    • 1–2 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or buying (internship/entry-level role considered)
    • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, vendor management, and basic finance principles.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good negotiation and communication skills.

    • Assist in managing stock levels and coordinating with warehouse/operations.
    • Receipt supplier costs and ensure accuracy of invoices against purchase orders and deliveries.
    • Conduct basic market and price analysis to support buying decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
    • Provide administrative support to the procurement team (filing, reporting, record-keeping).
    • Monitor and track order progress to ensure timely delivery.
    • Maintain and capture monthly contractual expenditure and costs to support financial reporting.
    • Resolve discrepancies with suppliers regarding orders, invoices, or deliveries.

    Business Development Manager

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (mandatory)
    • 5 years Facilities Management/ Built Environment hard services sales experience
    • Private Sector B2B experience - Commercial offices, Industrial and mining sectors
    • B Degree Technical or equivalent (advantageous)
    • Project Management advantageous
    • Computer literacy on MS Office Packages (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license

    Picker/Packer - JHB

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric Certificate
    • Valid Reach truck and forklift licences
    • Previous warehouse experience
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
    • Following all safety and operational guidelines
    • Assist with the loading and unloading of goods as needed.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Pick stock, using Granite scanners, to hand over to dispatch
    • Receives Stock Receiving Controller/Assistant stacks to designated locations
    • Locates and move stock to pallets for storage
    • Identify damaged and expired stock and brings to attention of Warehouse Manager
    • Does daily checklist on the reach truck and files in the form available and advises warehouse manager of any
    • machinery defects.
    • Do put away of stock within the warehouse
    • Part takes in the monthly stock counts as well as cycle counts.
    • Ensure a safe, orderly and clean working environment within the warehouse.
