Requirements

Skills / Qualifications

•  Experience: At least 3–4 years of relevant work experience in hospitality.
•  Communication: Excellent phone etiquette, and exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
•  Passion for Service: Enthusiastic about engaging with members and creating memorable experiences.
•  Administrative Abilities: Strong planning and organizational skills.
•  Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Requirements

• South African citizen or Permanent/Temporary Resident with the right to live and work in South Africa
• Young talent (18-35 years) eager to contribute
• Cape Town based, or willing to relocate at own expense, as this is a hybrid Internship experience, with the first month being fully in-office *work from home requirements apply for hybrid working
• Able to commute to our offices in Foreshore twice or three times weekly after the first month, either by Public Transport or by own vehicle
• Curiosity to explore different areas within a global Travel & Tourism business
• Growth Mindset
• Hunger to learn
• Adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Business English
• Tech Savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite beneficial (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Relevant tertiary degree is advantageous but not always a pre-requisite
• Flexibility regards to working between the hours of 07:00 - 22:00 (this is dependent on departmental rotations and time zone collaborations)
• Committed to a 12-month, 40 hour-week contract starting on 03. March 2025
