    Acquisitions Agent

    Job description

    • The Acquisitions agent is responsible for sales and lead conversion targets
    • Marketing of Tracker to both existing and new customers
    • Scheduling fitments of Tracking units
    • Follow up on outstanding leads and/or queries
    • Handle inbound and make outbound calls according to campaigns
    • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of product, service offerings and systems
    • Negotiate and make relevant product and service adjustments in line with customer needs, product pricing and Trackers sales strategy
    • Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a competent, efficient and professional manner, in accordance To Trackers quality standards and values
    • Selling of value added services
    • Provide constant feedback to intermediaries, management and other departments regarding status of leads
    • Ensure quality benchmarks are achieved
    • Manage time and workloads to ensure that deadlines and targets are met
    • Align own behaviour with Trackers culture and values
    • Ensure achievement of own performance requirements

    Minimum requirements

    • Matric
    • Minimum 1 year previous call centre experience in a sales environment is essential
    • RE 5, 120 FAIS credits advantageous
    • MS Office knowledge (Basic or Intermediate Excel)

    Receptionist / Switchboard Operator - Cape Town

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The incumbent is expected provide excellent service to internal and external customers
    • Operate and direct all calls on switchboard
    • Receiving and welcoming visitors and customers and contacting the relevant department for assistance
    • General office administration
    • Receiving and dispatching parcels and envelopes
    • Liaise with internal staff/departments by ensuring messages and information is timeously and correctly processed
    • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
    • Assist with any other tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor as the need arise to ensure exceptional and efficient service
    • Administration of stock (Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cleaning)
    • Creating installation certificates, vehicle lists for clients
    • Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all times

    Minimum requirements

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    • Matric coupled with a minimum of 1 year working experience in a Reception environment or relevant tertiary qualification.
    • Immaculately groomed individual with a friendly and energetic personality.
    • Speak and write English fluently.
    • A passion for customer service and a professional attitude at all times.
    • The incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to pay attention to details.
    • The ability to cope with a constant changing and pressurised environment.
    • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    Minimum requirements

    • Matric with 4-6 years’ experience with Large corporate and Blue-chip customers.
    • Degree or Diploma will be advantageous.
    • Management experience advantageous.

    Installation Technician Work Integrated Learning Programme

    Job description

    • Perform the installations as per the set standard of quality.
    • Complete all relevant documentation associated with the installation.
    • Be able to follow a pre-determined installation schedule.
    • Provide customer service in accordance with a set standard.
    • Be responsible for all fixed assets issued by the company

    Minimum requirements

    • Candidates should be studying towards a qualification in Electrical Engineering related fields e.g. Autotronics or Auto Electrical or Electrical Engineering N3 (Light Current)
    • A Letter from a University/TVET College confirming student requires workplace exposure to complete qualification
