    Assistant Operations Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the CEO: Hotels Division in the oversight of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
    • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.
    • Develop and oversee SEO/SEM strategies for all websites
    • Monitor and optimize website traffic and conversions to drive business goals
    • Analyze performance data and provide monthly reports on digital marketing campaigns
