    Assistant Analyst: Knowledge Management: SCPL19076

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Honours Degree in Statistics and Research or relevant equivalent NQF Level 8 qualification
    • 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytical environment

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Conduct and analyse research, handle, source and analyse data using different methodologies and techniques to generate reports identifying patterns, long term trends and proposing potential solutions with future implications for the positive growth and development of the CoE
    • Support the division's objectives by managing work in a responsible and organised manner, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
    • Carry out operational tasks be applying relevant policies, laws, regulations, programmes, and industry practices to inform planning, recommendations, and implementation of changes

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree in Information Management, Public Administration, Information and Knowledge Management or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
    • 3 - 5 years' experience in data, information and knowledge management, organisational learning, or innovation facilitation within government, or corporate sectors
    • Familiarity with data visualisations, collaborative platforms and storytelling tools
    • Experience in facilitating learning exchanges, workshops or communities of practice
    • Proficiency in knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint, M365, confluence etc.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Identify, gather and disseminate knowledge and information products of CoE Including outcomes from sessions to relevant stakeholders
    • Organize and support the activities of the CoE Learning networks and events
    • Keep abreast of new systems, technologies and developments in knowledge management and enhance existing systems in the organization
    • Anticipate problems and resolve timely to ensure that work outputs are achieved within agreed deadlines and standards.

    IDP Facilitator: IDP & Business Planning: SCPL19079

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree in Public administration, Research, Strategic Management, Business Administration, Development Studies or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
    • 3 - 5 years' work experience with at least 1 - 2 years in local government environment
    • Logistics and content management experience

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the IDP process in compliance with the statutory timeframes and Municipal Planning requirements
    • Provide strategic capability and leadership and manage conduct within the division in a manner that is accountable for the delivery of set objectives within specified timeframes and costs

    Snr Accountant: Metro-Wide SDBIP PM & Reporting: SCPL19032

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree in Auditing or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
    • 5 -8 years' experience in designing, executing and managing evaluation projects programme design methodologies or just designing programmes design and implementation of service delivery or organisational performance monitoring and reporting dealing with complex service delivery data analysis doing research work (preferable topics related to social, economic and other themes related to the business of local government) strategy development any data collection, collation and analysis exposure

    • Lead the implementation of performance audits, audit of performance against predetermined objectives, financial (basic) and non-financial information analysis, and quality assurance (plans and reports) function
