OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- To assist the Forensic Services Department minimise the impact of financial crime and misconduct through timeous high quality investigative interventions and ensure that SACAA’s assets and interests are protected including mitigating exposures and providing a first-class forensic investigatory service to stakeholders within the business.
MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION
Forensic Pro-active Service
- Assist Identifying areas where fraud risk management may be of further assistance to management in the achievement of goals and objectives of the department.
- Assist in the provision of fraud training, awareness, and campaigns.
- Assist promoting internal audit and forensic services in overall engagements
- Promotes the fraud hotline.
Operational Function / Management
- Conduct allocated forensic investigations according to required methodologies and standards.
- Investigate and follow-up on matters emanating from fraud hotline reports allocated by the management.
- Participate in conducting interviews, obtain statements/affidavits, and gather factual evidence with regards to forensic investigations.
- Analyze information, statements/affidavits, research, and evidence gathered.
- Provide regular feedback on the progress of investigations to the Senior Manager.
- Assist in the Fraud Awareness campaigns to SACAA officials and stakeholders.
- Compile forensic investigation reports
Document information and transaction flow
- Understands the relevant aspects of the areas that are under investigation.
- Maintains chain of custody.
Assist with the implementation of corrective actions
- Prepares evidence to support recommended corrective actions
- Investigate and provides evidence in corrective actions tribunals.
- Assist liaising with law enforcement agencies.
Perform unscheduled forensic activities
- Assists the internal audit team as and when requested by management.
- Participates in fraud risk management projects as and when requested or required.
Communication and stakeholder management
- Ensures that investigation clients are regularly and timeously informed regarding commencement and progress of investigations.
- Ensures that communication (written and verbal) with clients, peers and superiors are factual, regular, timeous and accurate.
Requirements
EDUCATION
Minimum
- National Diploma in Forensic Investigation or Forensic Auditing or Law or relevant NQF level 6 qualification.
Ideal
- Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma at NQF level 7
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
EXPERIENCE
- 1 year experience in Forensic Investigation or Fraud Management or Fraud Risk Management / Assessments

Description
Overall purpose of the Job
- To maintain the building facilities and grounds of SACAA building. Initiate, monitor, and perform buildings repairs, and maintenance requirements /improvements. Ensure the client adherences to Health & Safety Regulations.
Maintenance of building facilities and grounds
- Proactively inspect SACAA building, plumbing, and electrical on a regular basis
- Ensure any concerns are highlighted to determine priorities for subsequent maintenance or are upgraded where necessary
- Arrange and oversee all repairs/installations/ maintenance done by external suppliers are done to acceptable standards
- Perform basic electrical work, plumbing; aircon repairs and carpentry
- Execute such work to ensure minimum disruption to the business and where necessary schedule disruptive work for after hours.
- Accompany external maintenance service provider, and sign off worksheet/invoices of maintenance work completed
- Respond, when necessary to emergencies
- Maintain basic filing system of any instruction manuals/ maintenance job card
- Oversee cleaning of yards, including gutters and ground maintenance work
- Conduct Health and Safety Inspection and act as OHS Representative
Office Maintenance
- Install all internal fixtures and fittings such as pictures, perform minor repairs on shelving etc
- Keep all office furniture in functional order
- Replace burnt-out lights as and when required
- Schedule day-to-day maintenance, encompassing cyclical services & maintenance requirements
- Carry out fault-finding walkabouts around SACAA building
- Carry out basic repair of any electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, etc.
Office moves and events setup
- Carry out movement of movable assets, boxes any other heavy objects around /within the building
- Assist with setting up internal events
General
- Disposal of recycling of paper
- Collect staff consumables on a regularly basis or for functions purposes
- Ensure compliance with OHS Act in your area and report to the OHS committee
- Ad hoc driving i.e. delivery/ collection/ source physical quotes
- Perform messenger task to conduct a drop-off and pick up of office use material
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 and
- NQF Level 4 technical Qualifications in Electrical or Plumbing or General Technical Maintenance or relevant nqf level 4 qualification
Ideal Qualification
- National Diploma in Engineering Plumbing or Related diploma and Samtrac Certificate

- 3 Years - Office Maintenance Experience

OVERALL, PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- To accurately process, maintain and report on all creditors / debtors’ transactions.
- Recognition of Revenue
- Generate invoices relating to services delivered by SACAA to various individuals and entities.
- Receipt of payments from applicable individuals and entities
- Submit credit notes and refund applications following monthly debtors’ reconciliations, where applicable.
- Follow up on unallocated deposits with a view to recognise revenue.
- Comply with provisions of relevant policies and procedures.
- Perform debt collection functions on allocated debtors to ensure outstanding debt is minimized.
- Draw debtor historical aged analysis for allocated debtors
- Manage Suppliers Payments
- Accurately and timeously process invoices onto the financial system daily.
- Obtain and ensure that supporting documents are provided by various departments.
- Ensure invoices from departments are authorised as per the delegation of authority.
- Ensure creditors statements are provided monthly.
- Timeously investigate unmatched purchase orders monthly.
- Ensure foreign creditors are paid timeously via telegraphic transfer.
- Prepare the payment checklist and ensure accurately completed.
- Import payment batch from financial system to the bank or perform manual payment online, present for release on time and follow up and resolve any queries
- Ensure all subsistence and travel allowances are paid to travelling employees timeously.
- Petty Cash expense & Local S&T
Processing, administration and reconciliation of:
- Petty cash,
- Expense claims and
- Local S&T
- in line with applicable internal policies and procedures.
- Filling & Ad-hoc admin duties
- Ensure that all documents are properly filed regularly.
- Ensure that all filed documents are easily retrievable.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
