    Senior QA Tester

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Plan, schedule and deliver quality manual and automated testing to the highest standard
    • Adhering to test procedures
    • Provide complete comprehensive test documentation to support knowledge sharing
    • Define appropriate test coverage to mitigate the identified risks.
    • Contribute to front end and back-end automation tests, debug and investigate failures for resolution.
    • Lead assigned project tasks and activities.

    Minimum Requirements

    • University Degree or relevant professional qualification from a reputable institution
    • 5+ years professional testing experience
    • ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing (or equivalent)
    • Experience working in an agile environment
    • Ability to translate requirements into test scenarios
    • Exposure to software development lifecycles and testing methodologies
    • Automation Testing Experience
    • Payroll background will be an advantage

    Key Responsibilites

    • Experience working with Open Source projects and in an Open Source approach internally.
    • Proven Track Record creating API-first products.
    • Deep customer empathy and ability to quickly translate learnings into solid, scalable architecture with a mobile first approach.

    Senior Software Engineer

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Solution Development & Delivery: Design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality technical solutions, which may involve configuring third-party applications or providing accurate data and reports in a timely manner.
    • Quality Assurance & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure successful project delivery through proactive quality reviews and engagement with stakeholders to address any issues and derive actionable solutions.
    • Technical Expertise: Leverage a broad knowledge of software development principles, practices, and procedures to address complex assignments and provide expertise in technical areas.
    • Project Lifecycle Participation: Actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including technical analysis, detailed design, coding/configuration, and delivery, as applicable.

    • Extensive experience in multi-tiered application design and development with major relational databases.
