    Head: Engineering

    Key Performance Area

    Data Centre Design Management

    • Accountable for data centre electrical and mechanical design 
    • Responsible for professional team technical supervision and oversight of professional services teams (consulting engineers / architects) for all data centre development projects
    • Accountable for design compliance to local regulations

    Teamwork and coordination

    • Accountable for continuous technical support for the project delivery and construction teams  
    • Ensure that Operations team have approved design during all the development phases
    • Ensure all handover, training, technical documents are made available for all projects.

    Group Standards

    • Development of standardised data centre environmental requirements and ongoing energy efficiency (PUE) targets 
    • Ensure Design consistency across the Data Centres of the Group
    • Ensure that the Group standards comply to the latest customer and industry requirements

    Financial Management

    • Responsible for realising deferred CAPEX for future upgrades and new build deployments   
    • Responsible for energy saving initiatives to reduce PUE across all facilities

    People Management / Communication

    • Oversight of professional services teams (consulting engineers, architects, commissioning agents) and their deliverables
    • Responsible for Senior PM technical support
    • Responsible for in house Sales technical support

    Formal Qualifications Required

    • MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering  
    • BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 

    Job Related Experience Required

    • 5 years' experience in Critical facility design & delivery
    • 10 years' experience with M&E project design & delivery
    • 5 year experience in significant Critical Facility commissioning and acceptance experience

    Project Manager JHB2

    Key Performance Area

    Contract Administration

    • Ensure that all contractual works are executed
    • Responsible to prepare all change requests for the Senior PM
    • Responsible to issue Variation Orders to the vendors once all internal approvals have been received

    Quality Management

    • Ensure that for any materials and equipment, a data sheet has been submitted and approved prior to installation.
    • Ensure that all drawings have been reviewed and approved by all ADC stakeholders (Engineers, Operations) prior to commencement of the works

    Project Management

    • Evaluate work sequencing and examine all opportunities for improvement
    • Responsible for making sure that all parties involved (Contractors, External Consultants, Supply Chain) are well aware of the programme, make sure that approved programme of works is well executed.

    Commissioning and Project close-out

    • Coordinate commissioning and testing process between internal and external project members
    • Responsible for the handover process to Operations team 

    Cost Management

    • Review and approve all vendors valuation
    • Recommend additional works that could improve the project while staying within the approved budget.
    • Ensure that all project documents are secured and up to date on the Group shared drive
    • Escalate issue when required

    L1 Incident Analyst

    Role Description

    • Provides support for basic computer network exploitation and defence techniques to include deterring, identifying and investigating computer and network intrusions.
    • Provide incident response and remediation support.
    • Performing comprehensive computer surveillance/monitoring and identifying vulnerabilities.
    • Provides technical support for continuous monitoring, computer exploitation and reconnaissance, target mapping and profiling and network decoy and deception operations in support of computer intrusion defence operations.
    • Researches and maintains proficiency in open and closed source computer exploitation tools, attack techniques, procedures and trends.
    • Performs research into emerging threat sources and develops threat profiles.
    • Provides technical support for a comprehensive risk management program.

    Requirements

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Concise writing skills, excellent MS Word skills as well as other MS Office Applications.
    • Experience with securing various environments preferred.
    • Experience in working across security technologies.
    • Managed security services experience across complex architectures.
    • In depth understanding of the role of incident analysis tools.

    Head of Cloud Networking - Gauteng

    Description

    • Oversee a portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with and support of the overall company strategy and goals whilst collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals. 
    • Responsible for building a profitable segment revenue through Cloud Networking Products, Professional Services, Managed Services and Partnerships, find new and effective solutions and strategies to grow market share.  
    • In the domain of product management, conduct comprehensive market analysis and research to gather product and customer requirements. The product development aspect of this role includes formulating product specifications, implementing pricing strategies, creating product marketing and go-to-market strategies, and developing time-integrated plans for product introductions, solution sets and enhancements.  Create a winning value proposition and ensure sales teams are fully enabled to actively sell, create clear processes on delivery and track product performance.
    • Provide Pricing Strategies, Bundling Strategies, Marketing input and custom proposals and lead product management efforts for strategic projects, RFP's/RFQ's and customer-specific solutions.

    Product Performance Management -
