    Consultant- Caledon/Myddleton

    Job purpose:

    • To promote, assist and enable clients to apply for credit loans, ensuring that these loan applications meet with all credit granting Regulatory and Policy compliance.

    Key Accountable Responsibilities:

    • Meets monthly set Loan application Sales targets by promoting Credit Loans and assisting customers.
    • Meets monthly set Collections targets, by actioning company procedures and instructions for collections, and following up on collections of customers loan instalments.
    • Accurately updates and maintains records, and branch housekeeping standards in a tidy and timely manner.
    • Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times

    Competency and qualification requirements:

    • Minimum: Grade 12
    • Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3)
    • 2 years’ experience Micro finance industry
    • Mathematical Literacy

    Front Office Manager

    • To assist the branch manager with all duties and responsibilities and perform the duties of the branch manager in their absence.

    IT Operations & Delivery Coordinator

    Role Overview

    • The IT Operations & Delivery Coordinator supports the operational effectiveness of the IT department by coordinating team activities, maintaining administrative discipline, and ensuring operational processes are consistently followed across development, support, QA, BA, and infrastructure teams.
    • The role acts as a central coordination point for IT operations, ensuring meetings, reporting, documentation, support schedules, and internal communication are organised and maintained. The position enables technical teams to focus on delivery while operational coordination is centrally managed.

    Key Responsibilities

    IT Operations Administration

    • Organise and maintain IT documentation repositories ensuring they remain structured and consistent.
    • Ensure documentation standards and naming conventions are followed.
    • Maintain operational process documentation.
    • Team Coordination & Meeting Management
    • Coordinate internal and external IT meetings.
    • Schedule recurring development artefact meetings including sprint reviews, retrospectives, architecture discussions, and shaping sessions.
    • Record meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.

    Delivery Governance & Reporting

    • Ensure consistent reporting across Development, BA, QA, Support and Infrastructure teams.
    • Maintain reporting templates and consolidate operational reporting.

    Support Scheduling Coordination

    • Coordinate support schedules and rotations.
    • Ensure support coverage is maintained across required operational hours.

    IT Team Administration

    • Coordinate leave schedules and overtime tracking.
    • Assist with performance review administration processes.

    IT Asset & Stock Management

    • Coordinate IT stock management with the IT Financial Controller.
    • Maintain records of IT equipment allocation and inventory.

    Internal Communication

    • Manage general communications to the IT department.
    • Distribute operational updates, meeting outcomes, and announcements.

    Required Skills

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
    • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
    • Excellent written communication.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple teams and schedules.
    • Comfortable working with technical teams.

    Systems Experience (Advantageous)

    • Azure DevOps
    • ManageEngine
    • Other IT service management or development tracking systems
    • Candidates should have worked with similar operational systems.

    Experience Requirements

    • 3–5 years professional experience.
    • Experience working within an IT department or technology environment.
    • Exposure to software development or IT service management environments is beneficial.
