    Payroll Helpdesk Consultant


    Job description

    We currently have an exciting position available for a Payroll Helpdesk Consultant, to be based at our Isando offices.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • 1-2 Years Payroll experience
    • Experience in a helpdesk environment would be beneficial
    • Experience in payroll support to clients
    • Knowledge of Psiber works and Qpac/Unique will be advantageous

    • Reliable

    Main areas of responsibility include but not limited to the following (comprehensive training will be provided):

    • Offer telephone and email support to PSIber clients
    • Interim / annual submissions to SARS
    • Attend to all client queries and problems
    • Resolve both internal and external queries/issues by liaising with the Development and QA Team

    Salary:   R12 500 – R17 500 CTC per month depending on experience
