Job description
Having a strong and dynamic business development team is not only a strategic focus for WNS, but a key differentiator of ours too. Our Business Development team plays a critical role in keeping our business relevant through understanding our customers’ needs and spotting the right business opportunities. They are the face of our organisation and responsible to grow the WNS client portfolio through new deal opportunities as well as existing client opportunities.
The Vice President – Business Development will enable new business opportunities in the Contact Centre, Shared Services, Finance & Accounting, Human Resource solutions and Procurement solutions areas across multiple industries. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for defining strategic sales plans, maintaining and building both existing and new key CXO relationships, negotiate and close business deals, whilst maintaining extensive knowledge of the company’s and current services and solutions.
