    1 X HR Administrator

    Requirements
    To provide the HR department with administration support to enhance efficiency and control of internal HR processes and to champion the maintenance of personnel information on WORKDAY.

    • Organize, compile and maintain personnel records such as leavers, job changes and new engagements on company HRIS (Workday) in line with audit requirements and liaise with regional capability leads for missing information
    • Perform general administration duties for the Human Resources Office
    • Answer or direct employees queries about HR related issues
    • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information where necessary on a monthly basis
    • Participate in HR projects/adhoc (as per HR Manager)
    • Assist employees with confirmation of employment letters
    • Manage and maintain Adobe Templates on Adobe for HR use
    • Follow up with the branches regarding leave status of employees on long term absences and awol incidents, and report on the information timeously
    • Maintain master template for all contract formats on all work levels on HR drive and Adobe
    • Ensure all new joiners have completed all relevant documentation as per HR Audit requirements
    • Ensure all leavers have received all relevant forms, eg UIF, Certificate of Service etc as well as met all exit audit requirements
    • Assisting employees with certificates of services as well as UI19
    • Manage, collate and maintain expenses pertaining to HR
    • Organise and assist with Employee Assistance Programmes
    • Medical aid administration
    • Book meetings for the HR Team

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Matric Qualification
    • Certificate, degree, diploma or other relevant qualification relating to Human Resources
    • Knowledge of principles and practices of office coordination
    • Knowledge of basic principles and practices of record keeping
    • Excellent command of the English language, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge and principles of Human Resources Practices
