    Assistant Catering Manager - Bellville

    Minimum Requirements

    • Tertiary culinary qualification or Chef diploma.
    • Previous 5 years Supervisor experience advantageous
    • Excellent food skills required and Housekeeping experience.
    • Operational Standards: Performance management, financial analysis, Computer proficiency & Human Resources

    Duties and Responsibilities
