    Market Development Executive - Durban (Sales)

    Job description

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • The Market Development Executive will manage the relevant Route to Market (RTM), he/she will also be responsible for managing the AVP (Availability, Visibility & promotions) in the “relevant” markets, as well as be responsible sales in the market.
    • You will be accountable for building Bacardi brand equity by leading and motivating 3rd Party Distributor’s team, and optimizing best execution of local marketing mix in line with the brands’ global strategies.
    • You will have hands-on approach in the market and support your manager in in your markets on operational marketing and commercial activity in line with the distributors team.
    • You will also support your manager with relevant marketing and sales analysis inputs.
    • You will be provide feedback on the market growth and potential.
    • A large percentage of your time will be spent interacting with the local market and 3rd Party distributor teams. As a result, you can expect to be travelling extensively to stay connected to all stakeholders.
