    Senior Change Coordinator

    Job description

     Job Purpose

     The Senior Change Coordinator contributes to the organisational goals by ensuring change management activities are integrated into the respective project plans and are coordinated to ensure successful execution. The role will also provide support and coaching to change coordinators and other front-line managers to assist with the transition of change within the respective areas

    Job Objectives/Outputs

    •  The primary focus is to draft and implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement in accordance with the prescribed parameters.
    •  To identify operational issues that could impede the successful implementation of a project and make recommendations to management to take appropriate corrective action to address these issues.
    •  To obtain feedback from relevant internal stakeholders about the change process and the project in general; support the HR team in implementing change readiness assessments and respond to feedback from these assessments.
    •  To facilitate, monitor and report on all required activities for (Communication Plan, Training/Development) initiatives that will ensure successful implementation as required by the change work stream.
    •  To facilitate and co-ordinate the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
    •  To perform Operational UAT activities, such as providing support for users conducting Operational UAT and developing Operational UAT checklist/s.
    •  To provide input and define new standards and frameworks to increase efficiency in delivering change initiatives and deliverables.
    •  To deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.
    •  To deliver on TCF principles in alignment with regulatory requirements

    Level of Education:

    Essential:

    • Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4)
    • A relevant 3 year Business related degree / diploma

    Experience:

    • 3 to 5 years in a Project, Human Resource or Change enablement areas.
    •  Proven track record of working on multiple change intiatives in a corporate environment
