    Account Manager

    Job description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Acheive sales targets according to the customer base / regional market strategy requirements, where the customer base / regional market are in the grassroots
    • Customer relationship development and project implementation of the whole process to ensure that the regional market sales targets are met
    • Market objectives are to achieve customer management, to enhance the organization of customers and the company's objectives
    • Attend management seminars, training exchanges, networking activities, etc .
    • Invite and accompany customers to participate in international exhibition or return visits to the company;
    • To participate in customer organizations, and large-scale activities
    • The formation of project sales team, the development of the whole process of targeted strategies to ensure the success of the project
    • Focus on the implementation of strategic objectives and market structure
    • Responsible for organizing the company's internal resources, implementation and regular adjustment objectives and strategies

    Competencies And Experience:

    • Maintain high level of internal communication;
    • Willingness to focus on the high level strategy and day to day detail at the same time;
    • Self motivated;
    • Capable of working under own initiative and under pressure;
    • Strong relationship skills;
    • Possess good collaboration skills across a wide variety of internal departments
    • Flexibility on working hours;
    • Ability to coordinate and motivate diverse team into ‘one team’ with ‘can do’ attitude;
    • Able to communicate at all levels;
    • Ability to think on their feet;
    • Positive ‘half full’ attitude;
    • Willing to get involved in all areas of the sales process;
    • Ability to maintain correct company/customer relationship.
    • Experience in operation of carrier projects
    • Deep understanding of customer relationships, and expansion and management of customer relationships at Director level
    • Willingness to focus on the high level strategy and day to day detail at the same time;

    Education

    Degree educated, preferably in a business /marketing discipline.

    Computer/Language Skills

    • Sound oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Excellent presentation skills and confidence to present to large customer audiences;
    • Excel & PowerPoint skills essential.
