Job description

What Will You Do?

• Facilitate recruitment process to achieve to recruitment targets provided by management
• Advertise all available positions and handle ad responses
• Coordinate recruitment process for applicants received via recruitment agencies
• Proactively source candidates through career portals and social media
• Conduct initial interviews to identify suitable candidates
• Administer candidate assessments
• Arrange second stage and final interviews with management
• Provide candidates and agencies with relevant feedback
• Update recruitment tracker with all CV’s received
• Provide monthly report of all recruitment activity
• Assist with on-boarding of successful applicants e.g. induction, paperwork, staff files

Who Do You Need To Be?

• Key competencies and experienced required:
• B.Com Human Resource Management
• Experience in a recruiter role (advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond well to pressure
• Well-organized, highly self-motivated and positive attitude
