    Perm Recruitment Consultant

    Job description

    The role will include the following responsibilities:

    • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities within corporate and SME client base as defined in the company's strategy.
    • Developing and presenting Callforce's products and services to senior client representatives.
    • Building strong client relationships with new and existing clients, working to increase market share. Building client and industry networks.
    • Building new business/ clients through frequent marketing calls and visits to existing and new clients
    • Bringing in new job specs
    • Searching for and matching suitable candidates to job descriptions brought in by you or provided by Callforce
    • Screening candidates telephonically
    • Interviewing and assessment of candidates - face to face
    • Conducting skills assessments where necessary
    • Building a strong candidate database
    • Referring candidates to your clients
    • Obtaining clients interviews for your clients
    • Placing your candidates
    • Uploading and maintaining candidate’s details on the candidate management system
    • Liaising on an ongoing basis with clients and candidates and providing feedback on CVs and interviews
    • Conducting reference checks, qualification verifications, ITC and criminal checks where necessary
    • Ensuring compliance with the Company’s recruitment policy and Industry best practice.

    The requirements for the role are:

    • 2 years permanent recruitment experience with a strong focus on business development
    • Own vehicle and valid drivers license
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
    • Matric
    • Excellent administrative skills
    • Ability to be self-managed
