• Attend and actively participating in workshops and meetings to obtain business requirements (leading and facilitating when required
• Create System Proposals / System Design documents based on the business requirements
• Review development requests and release plans to determine and resolve any conflicts between current and proposed functionality
• Assure quality of design, take responsibility for all design work
• Collaborate with Super Users and fellow colleagues across multiple sites / locations
• Develop and deliver SAP solutions including customizing and possibly developing
• Develop and deliver end user documentation
• Provide training to key user as required by the Project
• Provide 3rd level support as and when required
• Company specific knowledge (ITPM, HP ALM, TPA Tool, Optis Tool, Jira and Confluence)
• Skills Required (List the hard skills required to do the job in question)
• Apply very strong knowledge in business processes for customs, customs control, customs procedures, tariff management, import and export processes and logistic processe
• Apply very strong knowledge in SD, MM and FI modules
• Apply very strong knowledge in logistical integration into FI
• Apply strong knowledge of general business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP functions associated with financial, logistical and sales operations, which includes expertise in GL, AR, AP, SD, MM
• Very strong availability in presentation / moderation / interview and analysis
• Very strong availability in systematized problem analysis techniques
• Very strong availability to facilitate blueprinting and design sessions and document functional
• Very strong ability to configure SAP systems to meet business requirements, including connection points with other modules and implementation of SAP best practices
• Ability to conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
• Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
• Advantage: ABAP Development skills
• SAP Modules in order of preference
• Apply strong knowledge (>=K4) in SAP SD, MM and FI (with at least 2 full recent implementations)
• Apply strong knowledge in customs / export control tools, preferably with SAP integration
• Advantage: Knowledge of SAP GTS
