    DIGITAL (SOCIAL & PPC) ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    Job description

    Overall Purpose of the Position:

     

    • Management of client portfolio, delivering on agency contracts KPI’s and optimisation of campaigns in the unit. Maximising agency revenue and business development.
    • Lead the implementation of Vizeum Business Strategy uniting Vizeum and DAN(Dentsu Aegis Network) talent to deliver innovative, brilliant solutions and business value to clients.
    • Own, drive and deliver the business’ financial targets - grow agency profitably and maximise income from existing clients.
    • Champion integration within Vizeum and the broader DAN network.
    • Manage internal partner agencies’ output in campaign deliverables.
    • Manage external media owners.
    • Optimise campaigns to ensure the best possible client results.

     

    Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) & Responsibilities

     

    • Work in unity with Account Director and Account Manager to formulate the best possible strategy for Client with a holistic 360 solution.
    • Liaising with partners on Performance Media channels such as keyword search, video, and all social platforms.
    • Assist with implementation of digital strategy.
    • Liaise with partners and conduct Vizeum Campaign Management (on portfolio) including:
    • Chaselist and material
    • Assist with ongoing campaign optimising to achieve our objectives and report back        with meaningful insights that will help drive strategic change
    • Post Campaign (Consolidate results with your input and present to Client)
    • Assist in compiling digital schedules according the Amplifi (Buying & Trading Division) format for all digital channels
    • Attend Client Status meetings with AM/AD where required.
    • Remain informed and up-skilled in terms of current market updates and media owner offerings.
    • Full accountability, ownership and management on client portfolio, material specs, client relationships, agency relationships (internal and external suppliers) and external publisher delivery.
    • Managing all implemented strategies based on brief.
    • Building and monitoring Social and Search PPC campaigns where required
    • Manage multiple Publishers and Publisher Networks at any given time.
    • Analyse data from media reports or analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to extract insights.
    • Ensure correct information is on invoices at time of invoicing.
    • Deliver outstanding client service (internal & external)
    • Understand the brand and business objectives to achieve the most efficient campaign deliverables and performance.
    • Monthly digital billing updates on your portfolio with Account Director/Account Manager.

     

     Ideal Requirements 

     

    • 2-5 years of (digital) media agency experience.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel/Word and Powerpoint.  
    • Relevant qualifications in Google products and social platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills and speed of response.
    • Speak and write English.
    • Comfortable in being client facing.
    • Excellent time management, organizational skills and communication of work completed/barriers/solution
    • Professional and relationship builders with people.
    • Attention to detail (accuracy).
    • Work well under pressure and deadlines.
    • Strategic within media & channel thinking (ito rationales)
    • Analytical skills – mine insights from data.
