With a rapidly expanding team and reach across Africa and Europe, comes the need for a driven HR Manager to ensure that people management is a top priority within the group. Working at a head office level, you will oversee numerous subsidiaries across multiple geographies. In addition to HR general duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for Payroll across the group.

Your key responsibilities:

The HR manager is responsible for the full HR general function alongside payroll. This includes compliance, performance management, administration, induction and probation, EE/BEE, training and skills, as well as recruitment and selection.

Our required expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or equivalent)
• Min of 4 years of experience in HR and Payroll
• Experience using VIP or SAP payroll

Your reward:

Salary range: R300 000.00 – R360 000. p.a.
