Responsible for identifying digital payments business needs/requirements, concerning a new idea/business opportunity and for large projects/systems
Responsible for accuracy and currency of Requirements Management
To analyse implemented solutions and recommend further improvements, which will improve service, quality and value
Requirements
A formal tertiary qualification (certificate / diploma) in Business Analysis (i.e. through FTI) is essential
Relevant 3 year degree / diploma in IT (business application analysis, design, development, computer science, computer systems technology) is preferred
At least 8 years’ proven experience as Business Analyst (BA) within retail and/or banking at card/mobile payment product level
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and excellent relationship building skills
Experience of card and mobile payments is preferred
Knowledge of the following:
Mobile Payments: Wallet payment capabilities for face to face; In-App and on-line payments; Masterpass; M-Pesa etc
Card Payments: Branded/Scheme cards (MasterCard and Visa) - Credit, Debit, Stored Value cards. EMV contact as well as contactless offerings
Business analysis and design
Standards and governance
Negotiation and influencing skills
Speech and presentation skills
Office (Word, Excel, especially Powerpoint) compose ability
Analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
Adaptability to change
Ability to work under own initiative without guidance, cope well under sustained pressure and deliver to deadlines
