    Project Manager EHC191

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead or facilitate sessions with the customer to gather, define and document business requirements
    • Complete a Statement of Work for all projects
    • Collaborate with the team to design Salesforce solutions and form effective work plans
    • Be aware of Salesforce development best practices
    • Ensure the delivery of operational excellence within every engagement
    • Assist and coordinate sales with developing prototype demonstrations, as well as managing and completing system configurations and setting up users
    • Achieve Salesforce product certifications to successfully advise and direct clients on best practices for both business process and platform optimization
    • Manage requirements backlogs and project priorities in conjunction with the customer
    • Manage release schedules and project milestones with the customer
    • Liaise and plan with the development and consulting teams to deliver projects to customer requirements
    • Create weekly project reports indicating the status of projects and setting expectation with customers
    • Manage project budgets and ensure time, budget and scope are kept in sync
    • Accountable for the successful delivery of products to customers
    • Manage risks and issues within projects
    • Ensure all documentation requirements are completed and kept on Salesforce for reference.
    • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
    • Manage team optimisation at 80% or higher
    • Manage and update resource schedules with projects for 90 day staff allocation view
    • Ensure team members KPI cycles are managed
    • Ensure regular team performance appraisals are completed
    • Ensure team members are trained and skills enhanced ensuring that the team are sustainable
    • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
    • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
    • Ensure that CSATs are completed for every project
    • Any other responsibilities/duties assigned by management

    Skills and Experience

    • Professional and constructive attitude in all work related matters
    • Strong time management skills
    • Agile project management experience
    • Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects; understands core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods
    • Experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope; ability to administer change management processes within a specified framework, including regularly reviewing issues’ management and change control logs to understand status and identify potential risk situations
    • Coordinate client training plans and lead train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions as required
    • Good communication skills, both oral and written
    • Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts
    • Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills required
    • Have worked in a multi customer environment
    • Understands core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods
    • Experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope; ability to administer change management processes within a specified framework, including regularly reviewing issues’ management and change control logs to understand status and identify potential risk situation

    Qualifications:

    • 3 to 5 years’ experience and proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle
    • Understanding and exposure to packaged applications, including Salesforce, Microsoft or similar enterprise-level applications
    • Agile or similar project management certification
    • First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
    • Salesforce certification preferred
    • Must hold a valid driver’s license with no restrictions and possess reliable transportation
