Key Responsibility Areas:

• Determines the feasibility of projects.
• Performs business analysis and business process improvements within Divisions.
• Implements new and/or improved business processes and assists in the design of new  applications.
• Develops Council-wide technology standards and market tools and methods consistent with those emerging standards.
• Applies project management methodologies and strategies to systems on diverse platforms.

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) field.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 4 Years relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• Degree (NQF Level 7) in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field.
• Business Analysis qualification.
• 5 Years relevant experience.
