Key Responsibility Areas:

• Controls, assesses and issues hoarding permits, and encroachment permits.
• Controls and issues refunds on building applications.
• Raises any outstanding accounts due to the Division.
• Controls damage to street deposit.
• Performs administrative duties.
• Liaises with internal and external staff, members of the public and developers.
• Maintains strict confidentiality on all concerned.
• Maintains correct data on the IT tracking and document management system.
• Assists with the generation, collection, collation of information for statistical reporting purposes.
• Contributes to the Branch, Division and Directorate Performance Management Plan.
• Undertakes related assignments and duties as may be required to deliver Branch,    Division and Directorate outputs.

Essential Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 2 Years relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.
