Project Manager at IPA

Job description

Our NSW Government client is seeking the services of a Human Services Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of several government projects within the cluster.

The role will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of projects, services and programs using innovative practice, co-design and implementation science in order to achieve strategic objectives.

• Having previous managerial experience within the government or NGO sector, you will oversee and add value in a policy sense to various project teams comprising of around 2-5 direct reports.
• You will have previous experience in overseeing multiple projects and managing staff working across several disciplines. You will also demonstrate the following capabilities:
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience designing and implementing project plans, incorporating government recommendations
• Proven written and verbal communication attributes including writing briefs, ministerials, etc.
• Experience working with government intervention plans highly regarded
• Strong project management skills

This 6 month role, based in Ashfield, is for an immediate start with excellent rates of pay.
