    Account Management Specialist

    Job Description
    The role of Account Management Specialist is to support CEB’s Business Development Managers and Account Managers. The team perform a range of important internal and external activities which free up the proactive selling time of the sales team members.

    Key Accountabilities:

    •  Administrative Support
    •  Order/Variation on order form processing
    •  Request assessment setup
    •  Request implementation of orders
    •  Complete vendor documentation
    •  Processes work request forms
    •  Account application and confirmations
    •  Analysis and Reporting
    •  Price list
    •  Account/Invoice analysis
    •  Ad-hoc requests
    •  Monitoring accounts
    •  Client usage analysis and reporting
    •  Ongoing usage monitoring and reporting
    •  Facilitate client correspondence
    •  Manage direct client queries and requests
    •  Assist with setting up client meetings
    •  Assist with collecting client feedback
    •  Co-ordinate Projects
    • o Co-ordinate small projects to ensure they get delivered

    Knowledge/Skills/Professional Requirements:

    Experience:

    •  Solid experience in a similar role, or coming from a sales / professional services environment
    •  Familiarity with a Sales environment, with the ability to quickly understand how the sales team operates
    •  Background in Psychology/Sales would be advantageous but not essential
    •  Bachelors Degree

    Skills:

    •  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    •  Good customer service skills / Interpersonal Skills
    •  Ability to work on own initiative
    •  Good working within a team environment
    •  Strong competence in diary management and multi-tasking
    •  Knowledge of SHL structure and products (will develop once in role)
    •  Client communication by means of telephone and email
    •  Strong internal relationship management
