2D Animator at Clockwork Media SA

• Clockwork is looking for a 2D Animator to join their growing production team. You will be responsible for working hand in hand with the Video team, Creative Director, Designers, and Writers, aiding with the creation of assets, then bringing them to life and delivering high quality and innovative motion graphic content. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process. 

Responsibilities:

• Create highly engaging complex 2D animations for a diverse array of media.
• Work closely with Video and Designers to understand the project scope and objectives. 
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design ideas. 
• Assist in selecting appropriate graphic and animation styles for the project.

• Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style 
• Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design 
• Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines 
• Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key 
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team 

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Solid Experience with After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop

Highly Desirable Skills:

• Some experience with editing video in Adobe Premiere
• Some experience in design
• Passion for video and willingness to learn additional video related skills

Qualifications:

• At least two to three years’ graphic design experience including using video and animation. 
• A strong portfolio, which must be part of your application.
• Agency Experience a bonus
