Salary R 300-360K basic advance per annum + lucrative OTE structure (no desk cost or deficit carried forward)

Top billers will earn up to 40% of what they produce

The Role

Duties will include:

• Connecting with and developing long lasting relationships with IT professionals
• Sourcing qualified IT candidates daily
• Accurately qualifying candidates
• Interviewing candidates
• Preparing candidates for presentation to clients
• Marketing top quality candidates

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and experience

• Bachelors Degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a service sales or business environment is preferred. Previous experience in IT or technical staffing is an asset.
• Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills, a great personality, strong organisational and administrative skills and a strong desire to succeed.
• Should have a high level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of various technologies.
