Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Plan, manage and execute customer and business partner educational programs to support market development strategies across the Middle East Africa Central Asia and Turkey (MEACAT) Region. Be a partner with the business group in developing Medtronic’s image as a highly professional operation in the region.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Align Internal and Customers’ trainings with the Business Unit’s Strategic goals and in coordination with the regional Business Managers.
• Assess, Plan, direct, and coordinate programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees, agents and Distributors.
• Provide coaching for employees, agents and Distributors to ensure proper performance.
• Continuously update training programs.
• Organize Customers’ training programs, including creating or selecting course content and materials.
• Provide clinical support for Customers.
• Create centres of excellence for training Customers within the region.

Job Qualifications

• A degree in Neurophysiology.

Job Experience

• Extensive experience in Intra-operative Nerve Monitoring.
• Travel Required: 70%
