From two incredible offices in Cape Town, Rhino Africa promotes safari destinations across the African continent. We also host our very own in-house web development agency, a film production studio, a copywriting firm, a digital marketing consultancy, a product management division, a reservations office and a training academy! Someone's got to do a whole lot of recruiting around here, and working at a company at the forefront of digital innovation means that quality is everything. At Rhino Africa, we value our high standards and expect world-class results from our super smart staff. That means when we recruit, we recruit for the best and the brightest in every field. Now, like Inception for recruiters, we are looking for a talented and dexterous junior recruiter - an undeniable Talent Magnet - to help us attract the best candidates on (and off) the market.
Our new Talent Magnet will work in a three-person Recruiting squad, integrated closely into our broader HR division and hiring for every department at Rhino Africa. Like another internal agency under Rhino Africa's roof, each day will involve interaction with Hiring Managers from every facet of the industry, from our CMO to our CTO to our Foreign Sales Manager, taking direction from our Head of Recruiting. Unlike a recruiting agency, you will have the full support of an international crack team of designers, copywriters, filmmakers and social media wizards in everything that you do. You'll need them - the vacancies we fill range from Hotel Managers to Photographers to Data Quality Analysts and Back-end Developers!
