National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources Administration.
Recommendations:
Experience in public service and education environment with specific reference to applicable employment and conditions of service legislation; proven communication skills in at least two official languages of the Western Cape Province.
