Key Responsibility Areas: 

• Facilitates the installation of water connections. 
• Monitors private plumbing installations. 
• Facilitates the termination of water connections. 
• Process applications by customers in order to facilitate the provision of sundry services. 
• Interacts with customers to provide information and assistance relating to the provision of a water supply. 
• Performs general administration functions i.e. maintaining registers and statistical records and filing documentation.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements: 

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.

• 2 Years relevant experience.
