    HR Analytics Specialist

    Job Description

    The Opportunity

    We have a great opportunity for a HR Analytics Specialist, to join our world-class team in Johannesburg.

    Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

    • Supports several aspects of a function’s Functional Excellence efforts. Conducts functional analysis to identify development needs and process improvements.
    • Coordinates and monitors improvement projects of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. This position may provide exposure to multiple Cummins business units and sub-functions.
    • Participates in the development and implementation of global functional excellence initiatives.
    • Assist with the Implementation of learning and development programs for the function;
    • Assists in communicating the direction and specific information concerning the function to stakeholders.
    • Is engaged in managing global position profiles and functional skill competency.
    • Participates in COS assessments.
    • Helps develop Functional Excellence Assessments.
    • Assists with Functional Talent Management processes.

    Skills And Experience Required

    • Issue Management - Aware of the steps to develop and manage change, including issues and risks, for a project
    • Resource Plan Management- Aware of the steps to develop and manage a cross-functional resource plan for a project
    • Analytics/data mining - Familiar with tools for data analysis and its relevance
    • Leadership skills
    • Ability to work under the pressure
    • Team player
    • Time Management skills
    • Effective communications and interpersonal skills
    • Language - Fluency in English (Written and Spoken)

    Education, Licenses, Certifications

    • College, university, or equivalent degree in Humane Resource/ Business Administration/ Management.

    Professional Experience Required

    • Minimal level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required, including some leadership experience.
    • Knowledge of Oracle System will be preferred.
