    Owner Services Coordinator

    Job description

    An Owner Services Coordinator is to provide an engaging and anticipative service over the telephone to make owners feel valued and reflect the exceptional hotel experience to come, supports by coordinating, maintaining and providing excellent communication, relationships building services in a professional manner and standards to the owners.

    Summary Of Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Director, Fairmont Heritage Place, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

    • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
    • Liaise with owners and accurately transpose all requirements
    • Communicate as per procedure and ensure that the service requirements are met accordingly
    • Liaise constantly with the owners and communicate any concerns and issues to management
    • Ensure all written and verbal communication to internal and external clients is of the highest standard
    • Check on reservations, assisting accounting
    • Submit any maintenance and housekeeping concerns in a professional manner
    • To be pro-active and use initiative with customer service and complaints
    • Responsible for ensuring a high level of personal service to owners, maintaining all prescribed standards
    • Perform tasks of a reasonable nature as and when requested by Management
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • A hospitality Management qualification
    • One (1) years relevant experience, preferably in a frontline
    • Must be presentable, confident and have a positive attitude
    • Work effectively with a diverse range of individuals
    • Good command of English verbal and written communication skills is essential
    • High energy levels coupled with a helpful and friendly attitude
    • An ability to deal with stress

    Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

    Constant standing and walking throughout shift

    Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa
