Multinational Bookmaker concern is seeking to employ a vibrant young applicant to fill the Human Resource position within their organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for running Human Resource, data administration and Human Resource policies with strong focus on Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and Maintaining Employee Personnel files
• Track and manage responses to all HR admin queries
• Liaise with Supervisors/Line mangers that all payroll items are accurately captured before monthly cut-off.
• HR Coordination, Recruitment, Selection and Placement
• Creating and maintaining internal policies and mandates
• Conducting disciplinary Hearings

Technical/Functional Competencies:

• Understanding of Performance Management
• Understanding of Learning and Development approaches
• HR Company Policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Equivalent qualification in Human Resources
• 1-3 Years’ experience in a similar role
• Must have a complete understanding of human Resources
• Experience with Pastel Payrol
• Applicants with minimal work experience will be considered PROVIDED they HAVE the necessary qualification
