Data Analyst at Intelligent Debt Management

Job description

The IDM Group is looking for a Data analyst who will be responsible for data analytics and reporting. The successful candidate will form part of the BI team.

Key responsibilities:

• Help drive efforts for continuous data accuracy and quality improvement
• Produce actionable information for different business units within the IDM group to support to retain and acquire clients
• Develop and automate key business metrics and KPIs for the various business units
• Prioritise new ad-hoc report and data analytics requests and deliver accordingly
• Manage data security and risk
• Manage data quality
• Work with the various business heads and managers to create
• Visual dashboards
• Exception management reporting
• SLA management reporting
• Data accuracy

Key requirements and qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year in a BI analyst or similar role
• A university degree preferably in Statistics; Computer science or Informatics
• Advanced knowledge of MS office suites and MSSQL
• Knowledge of BI tools Tableau and Power BI as well as SSRS
