    Job description

    Conveyancing Secretary/Receptionist

    Small established law firm in Midrand required to attend to reception and general conveyancing, including deceased estate transfers.

    EDUCATIONAL  (Minimum level necessary to perform the job).

    • School Grade 12
    • Secretarial Diploma
    • Computer literate – MS Word, Excel and Ghostconvey
    • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
    • Experience as conveyancing secretary

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good numeracy skills
    • Timeous handling of duties
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Team player
    • Patient
    • Friendly
    • Professional personal presentation
