    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    EDUCATIONS

    • Matric
    • Level 4 FETC Short-term Insurance Qualification
    • Passed the FAIS Regulatory Exams for Representatives
    • Higher Certificate in Insurance,
    • Diploma in Business Management an Advantage

    EXPERIENCE

    • 7 years short-term personal lines insurance sales and service experience in a brokerage (proven track record)
    • 3 years in management or supervisory capacity.

    Key Performance Area

    • Increase Indwe’s market share
    • Contribute towards the branch’s business plan by analyzing and identifying opportunities for growing market share.

    • Ensure clients have a fall back in the branch when/if the claims process does not proceed according tplan.
