• Provides support to the supervisory staff in respect of all technical administrative tasks associated within the section.
• Establishes and maintain a manual and electronic creation and capturing of documents for the Branch.
• Creating of orders for contracted services on JDE System by referencing contracted price list on file. 
• Capturing of quotations on the JDE System, converting the requisitions to orders and forwarding of official    orders to suppliers and workshop supervisory personnel through contracted service providers.
• Performs specific administrative tasks/ activities associated with the functionality.
• Attends to specific office applications with respect to the communication procedural information.
• Performs duties associated with recording of minutes from meetings and compiling various reports and documents.

Essential Experience 

• 2 Years relevant experience.,
•  Computer Literacy. 

Preferred Experience

• 3 Years relevant experience. 

Essential Qualifications 

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and an Administrative Certificate.
