Are you a Development Manager with extensive experience in Property Development?

We have an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a leading Retail business in their Real Estate Division. You would work closely with business to influencing them in terms of property development strategy. This includes managing rental portfolios, saving costs, managing occupancy costs and driving opportunity for standardisation. Proactive management of assets and looking for opportunities to improve.

Requirements

• Technical background as an Industrial Engineer or as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience of project management in Construction
• Employment Equity role
• Seniority level Managerial

• Post Qualification Experience 5 -10 years
