You will be responsible for the management/ development of the fulfilment teams in Cape Town and Midrand. Are you up for the challenge and ready to make a significant contribution to our continued success?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Benchmarking and implementing Global best practices in warehousing/fulfilment
• You’ll strive to improve and streamline processes
• Continuously Monitor and Improve Fulfilment Metrics (Receiving, Packing, etc.) and Performance
• Supervise, Train and Deal With HR Matters for the Fulfilment Teams
• Achieve and improve on Productivity Targets
• Reduce and manage Costs
• Eliminate Errors in the Fulfillment cycle
• Ensure Quality Standards Are Met and Exceeded
• Compile and improve Reports, Training Manuals, and Procedure and Policy Documents
• Maintain Security of Site, Goods, Equipment and Documents
• Provide Excellent Support to Supply-Chain and Customer Support Teams
• Maintain Health and Safety Standards
• Promote a Positive and Healthy Culture
• Mentor senior warehouse staff

Minimum qualifications required:

• Matric & Relevent Degree Level Qualification or similar
• 2 - 5 years Work Experience in a Warehouse Environment
• 2 - 5 years experience in a Management role
• Some experience in Project Management
• Fluent in English and Xhosa (will be advantageous)
• IT and Technical Literacy
• Understand Accounting Principles
• Excellent Communication Skills, Verbal and Written
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• You Are Prepared To Work Shifts and Relocate, if Necessary
• You are a Go-Getter, Flexible, Committed and Positive Person
