Account Manager Assistant - Remote at Crypto Banter

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the crypto space, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling crypto products and services to existing clients.
• Onboarding: Assist new clients in the onboarding process, providing guidance on account setup and product usage.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the crypto industry and our products to effectively support and advise clients.
• Client Education: Educate clients on crypto industry trends, security best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and the technical support team to resolve any technical or service-related issues.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on account status, client feedback, and sales opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Market Insights: Share insights and feedback from clients with the product development and marketing teams.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or similar role in the crypto industry.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies and crypto technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
