    Job Responsibilities:

    • Daily update of POD schedule with signed PODs received from transporters/despatch
    • Follow up on all PODs not received and PODs that have queries
    • Daily update of claims schedule and follow up and resolve all outstanding claims
    • Assist credit controller with customer queries
    • Assist with generating invoices when required to do so
    • Generation of credit notes from authorised documents
    • Emailing / faxing of invoices and credit notes to customers as required to do so and within time lines and deadlines.
    • Uploading of invoices and credit notes on designated portals
    • Completion of vendor forms and credit application forms
    • Required to assist with creditors capturing of supplier invoices as and when required to do so
    • Involved in month end stock take verification
    • Ability to work overtime as and when required to do so
    • General admin duties and ad hoc duties

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related field
    • Syspro experience advantageous
    • Excel level 2 experience

    Skills Required:

    • Attention to detail
