Accounts Receivable Administrator at Clickatell

About this role:

• We are seeking a highflying Accounts Receivables Administrator to fulfil accounting responsibilities and duties for our customers. Reporting to the Team Lead: Accounts Receivables, the role will be responsible for, but not limited to processing of invoices, receipts, reconciliation of statements, ledger maintenance and vendor application forms.

Responsibilities of the Role (3-5 lines from JD)

Offline payments processing:

• Process of offline /EFT payments across the globe on various platforms
• Manage payments processes to ensure all client payments are processed in an efficient and timely manner

Customer Account Maintenance and Invoicing:

• Manage ticketing queues for Accounts Receivables (Jira)
• Approve, allocate and maintain overdrafts (standing and temporary) to clients
• Review and approve special pricing requests
• Upload/ create customer information in applicable systems

Customer Credit Applications:

• Financial checks for KYC via online TransUnion (local) Dun & Bradstreet (International) platform

Banking:

• Capture bank transactions in NAV daily
• Assist with year-end audit

Core Requirements of the Role:

• Financial qualification (preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience in financial operations essential (Debtor’s control preferred)
• Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) (preferred)
• Technology industry experience (preferred)
