Role Overview:

• As an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant at Accenture, you will be a crucial member of our SAP delivery projects, serving as a Functional Expert in SuccessFactors solutions.
• You will closely collaborate with clients, understanding their business and functional requirements, and translating them into SuccessFactors design documents.
• Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and your understanding of clients' needs will play a key role in designing effective and efficient solutions.
• This role may involve leading a functional team and working on longer-term projects.

• Capability to lead a workstream on SAP SuccessFactors projects. 
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Innovative thinking, bringing industry best practices, process knowledge and latest trends in SAP SuccessFactors. 
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth. 
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and expectations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. 
• Ability to analyse and solve complex HR and technical issues related to SuccessFactors implementations. 
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting project status updates and reports to senior leadership and clients. 
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors roadmap and upcoming releases, and the ability to align client strategies with platform advancements. 
• 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and minimum of 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors projects. 
• Proficiency in working on multiple SAP SuccessFactors projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. 
• Capability to contribute to business development efforts, including pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution presentations. 
• Ability to influence and collaborate with leadership within the SAP Talent & HR Domain in Accenture.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in AI and innovations in HR technology and the ability to leverage them to drive business value for clients. 
• Certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules is mandatory and demonstrates expertise in the field.

Qualification:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
