Admin Clerk - Durban at RCL Foods

Job Description    

• Vector Logistics, a divison of RCL Foods, is on the hunt of an Admin Clerk to join our Finace Department at eThekwini Depot.This individual will provide assistance in administrative duties and ensure compliance to processes.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric
• Finance tertiary qualification
• Minimal two year's relevant working experience

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Daily closing of PODS - Matching PODS with VPT Client Tax Invoice
• Following up on outstanding PODS with hauliers
• Daily AR/AP recons, intergrity checks
• Verification of invoices
• POD Completion of SAP
• Scanning PODS onto SAP system
• Daily oustanding POD/ Tracker recon
• Responsible for keeping track of the GRIR account
• Follow up on oustanding POD scanning
• Other ad hoc responsibilities at month end as they arise
