Admin Clerk FTC x2 - Malmesbury at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

• Daily creating of PO’s for PD and SD Loads
• Ensuring that all PO’s gets GRV’d (Goods Received) on the SAP System on a daily basis
• Handling any queries with transporters – Issuing of PO’s to transporters daily
• Handling any queries with transport planners

Qualifications

• Senior certificate + national certificate / diploma
• 1-2 years experience in Transport Carrier Operations
• Skills needed:
• Planning and organizing,
• Relationship Management,
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork
• Working under pressure and adaptability
• Computer literacy with a good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables), MS Word and Outlook
• Good business communication skills on oral and report writing
• Proficient on SAP, knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP EWM
• Attention to detail
• Able to perform reconciliations and investigations on claims under pressure
• Report writing and trend analysis experience
